U.S. Seeks Legislative Approach to Climate Change

Jonathan Pershing, U.S. deputy special envoy for climate change at the United Nations (UN) climate summit taking place in Cancun, Mexico says he is optimistic that the meeting can yield legislative agreement to curbing greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions.
