U.S. FDA to Establish Pharmaceutical Inspection Offices in China, EU Plans New Measures Against Counterfeit Drugs

FDA has disclosed that it is taking steps to set up quality offices in China for inspecting foodstuffs, pharmaceuticals, and medical devices in the country. The move follows numerous health issues associated with foodstuffs and pharmaceuticals suspected to have been imported into the U.S. from China in recent months.
