U.S. EPA Outlines GHG Regulation Timeline (Update)

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has outlined a timeline for greenhouse gas (GHG) regulation under the Clean Air Act (CAA) whereby no stationary source will be subject to rules until 2011, and the smallest sources will not need to comply until 2016.
