World News and Views :: Top of the News U.S. Court Rejects Bid to Delay EPA’s GHG Rules1:47 PM MST | December 20, 2010 | Kara Sissell A federal appeals court has rejected a lawsuit filed by industry groups and the state of Texas that sought to delay implementation of EPA’s greenhouse gas (GHG) emission rules, slated to take effect next month. The lawsuit asked the court to delay the rules’ implementation until after resolution of a separate lawsuit by the same plaintiffs that challenges EPA’s determination that GHG emissions endanger human health.
