Tronox Will Go Ahead With Auction Amid Restructuring Negotiations

Tronox says it will continue with plans to auction off substantially all of its assets in U.S. bankruptcy court. The auction is scheduled for December 21, with an approval hearing scheduled for the next day.  The auction had initially been scheduled to take place on December 8, but earlier this month Tronox postponed the date and indicated that it may not hold an auction at all.
