World News and Views :: Top of the News Toyo Engineering awarded contract for EO-EG project in Korea11:17 PM MST | November 15, 2012 | Deepti Ramesh Toyo Engineering (Narashino, Japan) says that its Toyo Engineering Korea (Toyo-Korea; Seoul) subsidiary has been awarded a contract by Korea Petrochemical Industry Co. (KPIC; Seoul), to build an ethylene oxide-ethylene glycol (EO-EG) plant at KPIC’s manufacturing complex at Ulsan, Korea. Toyo-Korea will provide engineering, procurement and construction management services for the project, which will produce 80,000 m.t./year of EO and 205,000 m.t./year of EG.
