Total Signs Framework Accord for Coal-to-Olefins JV in China

Total signed a framework agreement today with the government of the autonomous region of Inner Mongolia, China and with China Power Investment Corp. (CPI; Beijing) for a previously announced coal-based petrochemical project in Inner Mongolia. Total and CPI will accelerate a feasibility study for the project and other preparatory work , following the signing.
