Toray to build resin compounding facility in Indonesia

Toray Industries says it has decided to establish a new resin-compounding base at its Indonesia Toray Synthetics (ITS; Tangerang, Indonesia) subsidiary. Toray will invest about ¥600 million ($7.6 million) to build the nylon and polybutylene terephthalate (PBT) resin compounding facility, with a capacity of 6,000 m.t./year, and it is expected to start operations in November 2013.
