Toray, China BlueStar Begin Construction of Water Treatment JV Facility in China

Toray Industries (Tokyo) and China National BlueStar (Beijing) say they have established a previously announced water treatment joint venture company dubbed Toray BlueStar Membrane Co. (TBMC; Beijing) in July 2009 and that TBMC has begun construction of its production facilities at the industrial development area of Shunyi Airport, Beijing yesterday.
