Tessenderlo in Talks to Sell Fertilizer Business; Mulls Exit from PVC

Tessenderlo Group has confirmed press reports that it is in talks to exit its fertilizers business. The company says that a number of parties have shown signs of interest in a prospective collaboration in the area of its Belgian potassium sulfate activities. The company makes potassium sulfate at Ham, Belgium. These talks may result in a sale, joint venture, or other form of collaboration, the company says.
