Teijin Plans Further Expansion in China

Teijin says it has established a new wholly owned subsidiary dubbed Teijin (China) Investment at Shanghai, to strengthen and expand its business in the Chinese market, which is one of the key markets in Teijin’s growth plans. The new subsidiary will oversee the expansion of Teijin in the rapidly evolving Chinese market, and will also pursue strategic mergers and acquisitions, Teijin says.
