World News and Views :: Top of the News Teijin Partially Restarts Plant in Thailand1:12 AM MST | February 14, 2012 | Deepti Ramesh Teijin says that its Teijin Polyester Thailand subsidiary located in Klong Luang, Pathum Thani Province, which had suspended production in October 2011 following the floods in Thailand last year, has partially restarted industrial fiber production starting February 9, 2012. Teijin Polyester Thailand manufactures and sells polyester filament yarn, staple fiber, and industrial fiber. Three Teijin production facilities in Thailand were shut down since last October as a result of the floods. The plants that are yet to restart are Teijin Thailand’s (Bangkok)...
