Teijin Announces New Business Plan

Teijin today announced strategies for growth over the next few years, which includes a mid-term business plan for until the fiscal year ending March 31, 2017 and a long-term plan for until the fiscal year ending March 31, 2021. The company aims to record sales of ¥1.3 trillion ($16.9 billion) and operating profits of ¥100 billion in the fiscal year ending March 31, 2017; and sales of ¥2 trillion and operating profits of ¥200 billion in the fiscal year ending March 31, 2021.
