Taiwanese Environmental Groups May Derail Kuokuang Because of Endangered White Dolphins

Kuokuang Petrochemical Technology Co., a consortium of Taiwanese investors, may not be able to proceed with its previously announced multi-billion dollar refinery and petrochemical complex on reclaimed land in Changhua County, Taiwan, following protests by environmentalists.
