TKI Buys DuPont's Terbacil Herbicide Business

Tessenderlo Kerley (TKI; Phoenix), a Tessenderlo Group unit, has acquired DuPont's terbacil herbicide crop protection assets for an undisclosed sum. The terbacil herbicide is sold under the brands Sinbar and Zobar, which are primarily used in niche mint, fruit, alfalfa, and non-crop markets, predominantly in North America and Japan.
