Syngenta reports higher first-quarter sales, adheres to 2020 target

Syngenta reports an 8% increase in first-quarter integrated regional sales at constant exchange rates, to $4.6 billion. The company does not disclose first-quarter profits. Volumes were up 6%, and prices were 2% higher.
