Sony to Sell Chemical Business to Development Bank of Japan

Sony Corp. (Tokyo) and the Development Bank of Japan (DBJ; Tokyo) say they have entered into a non-binding memorandum of understanding, for the sale of Sony’s chemical products businesses to DBJ.  Sony’s chemical products businesses are operated by its wholly owned subsidiary Sony Chemical & Information Device Corp.
