Solvay to Invest €21 Million to Build Compounding Plant for Specialty Polymers in China

Solvay says it will invest €21 million ($29 million) to build a specialty polymers compounding plant at the company’s site at Changshu, China, to meet the growing demand for specialty polymers in the country. The plant is expected to start up in the last quarter of 2012.
