Sinopec in Talks to Build a Refinery and Petrochemical Complex in Singapore

Sinopec is in discussions with the Singapore Economic Development Board (EDB) about building a refinery and petrochemical complex on Jurong Island, Singapore. The company recently announced that it is "studying the investment opportunity."
