Sinopec and Zhejiang Hengyi Invest $567 Million in Caprolactam JV

Sinopec says its Sinopec Baling (Yunxi, Hunan Province, China) subsidiary has established a joint venture company with Zhejiang Hengyi Group (Xiaoshan, Zhejiang Province, China) to manufacture caprolactam at Xiaoshan. The jv company Zhejiang Baling Hengyi Caprolactam Co. was established on December 6.
