Sibur begins trial runs at Tobolsk polypropylene complex

Sibur (Moscow) has begun integrated equipment testing at the propylene storage facility and trial production of the first polypropylene (PP) line at the company’s Tobolsk-Polymer complex, in accordance with the commissioning timetable, the company said today. The start of this testing follows testing of the first production line at the extrusion plant and the PP packaging and dispatch plant.   Over the next few months Sibur will continue commissioning operations across all production facilities and expects to begin production at the complex by the end...
