Sibur and Sinopec advance synthetic rubber jv projects in Russia and China

Sibur and Sinopec International (Hong Kong), a wholly owned subsidiary of Sinopec, today announced the signing of an agreement that will see Sinopec purchase 25%, plus 1 share, of Krasnoyarsk Synthetic Rubbers Plant (KSRP; Krasnoyarsk, Russia). The agreement was signed in the presence of Sibur’s CEO, Dmitry Konov, and the president of Sinopec, Wang Tianpu.
