Shin-Etsu and Tosoh Assess Earthquake Damage to Production Sites

Shin-Etsu Chemical says it is unable to predict when its polyvinyl chloride (PVC) complex at Kashima, Japan will resume operations due to damage to infrastructure and utilities caused by the powerful earthquake and tsunami that struck northeastern Japan on March 11.
