Shin-Etsu Forms JV to Manufacture Optical Fiber Preform in China

Shin-Etsu Chemical says it has decided to form a joint venture with Jiangsu Fasten Hongsheng Group (Jiangyin, China) and technology company TKH Group (Haaksbergen, Netherlands) to manufacture optical fiber preform at Jiangyin, China. The jv dubbed Shin-Etsu (Jiangsu) Optical Preform will be established next month and it will manufacture and sell optical fiber perform.
