Shell to increase capacity at petrochemical complex in Singapore

Shell says it has taken a final investment decision to debottleneck its steam cracker at Bukom Island, Singapore. This is expected to increase the capacity of olefins and aromatics by more than 20%. Shell had first announced plans to debottleneck its Singapore cracker last year.
