Shell, Cosan Sign Binding Deal for Ethanol JV

The  jv will be one of the world's largest ethanol producers with an annual capacity of 2 billion liters and will sell about 18 billion liters of transportation fuel throughout Brazil at 4,500 retail sites, Shell says....
