Shanghai Chemical Park and SPC to Create Giant Petchems Zone

Shanghai Chemical Industry Park (SCIP; Caojing, China) and the nearby Sinopec Shanghai Petrochemical Co. (SPC; Jinshan) are working on a long-term plan to create a massive petrochemical zone that will overtake Jurong Island in Singapore in size and the number of plants, CW has learned.
