Sanors licenses Davy's ethyl acetate technology for plant in Russia

SamaraNefteOrgsintez (Sanors; Novokuibyshevsk, Russia) announced today that it has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Johnson Matthey Davy Technology to license the latter’s process to produce ethyl acetate. The document was signed on Monday during a visit by Sanors’s president, Igor Soglaev, to Davy's London offices. The MOU covers the key conditions of the licensing deal as well as technical support.
