STUDY: Plastics Recycling Still having 'Negligible Impact' on Virgin Resins Market

The cumulative effect of plastics recycling on the global consumption of thermoplastic resins is having a negligible impact on the displacement of virgin resin, according to the findings of a report recently published by SRI Consulting (Menlo Park, CA).
