SAFC Hitech to form jv with Korean specialty chemicals firm

Sigma-Aldrich says its wholly owned SAFC Hitech subsidiary has signed an agreement to form a 50-50 joint venture with Soulbrain (Songnam, South Korea), a publicly traded specialty chemical company serving the flat-panel display, semiconductor, and electronic materials market.
