S&P Downgrades Nova’s Ratings on Liquidity Concerns

Standard & Poor’s (S&P) lowered Nova Chemicals’ long-term corporate credit and senior unsecured debt ratings to CCC+ from B+, and has placed Nova on CreditWatch with negative implications.
