Rohm and Haas Taps Brondeau as Chief Operating Officer

Rohm and Haas's (R&H) board of directors has named Pierre Brondeau president and chief operating officer of the company. Brondeau joined R&H in 1999 and served most recently as executive v.p. and business group director. The board has also approved the formation of the Chairman's Committee to oversee the direction of the company.
