(RTC; Tokyo) on October 1, 2012. FInancial terms were not disclosed. Mitsui Chemicals Fabro, which was established in 1972, manufactures and sells synthetic resin films food wrapping, and consumer products made of synthetic resin films, aluminum, and paper.
