Report: McCarthy tops list of candidates to replace EPA's Jackson

Gina McCarthy, US EPA’s assistant administrator for the Office of Air and Radiation, is a leading candidate to take EPA administrator Lisa Jackson’s place as EPA chief, Reuters reports.
