World News and Views :: Top of the News Reliance and Sibur break ground on butyl rubber project at Jamnagar, India7:41 AM MST | February 22, 2013 | Natasha Alperowicz Sibur and Reliance Industries held a ground breaking ceremony today on a previously announced butyl rubber joint venture project at Jamnagar, India, the companies announced today. The jv, Reliance Sibur Elastomers Private Ltd. (RSEPL), is building a plant with capacity for 100,000 m.t./year of butyl rubber–based on Sibur’s technology.
