Reliance Industries Taps Rothschild Executive to Head M&A Team

Reliance Industries has appointed Navin Wadhwani, managig director at NM Rothschild & Sons (India), as head of Reliance's newly-created mergers & acquisitions (M&A) division, local reports say.   The M&A team is expected to help with the next phase of growth at Reliance. Mukesh Ambani, chairman of Reliance Industries, said in his letter to shareholders recently that the company is “gearing up for the next phase of growth through a combination of our own initiatives and forging new partnerships with leading companies.”...
