Reach Deadline to Slide only in 'Exceptional Circumstances'

The European Chemicals Agency (ECHA; Helsinki) says it will take discretionary action to “offer help” in five scenarios, if chemical companies are in danger of missing the November 30 Reach deadline for registering their products.
