REACH PRE-REGISTRATION ENDS TODAY: ECHA Opens Back-up System as Applications Top 2 Million

The European Chemicals Agency (ECHA; Helsinki) says it “cannot predict the response time during the final hours of the pre-registration period” today due to unprecedented numbers of companies trying to pre-register their products for Reach. Today is the final day that companies will be able to pre-register their products.
