R&H Secures March 9 Trial Date for Lawsuit Against Dow

A Delaware Chancery Court judge has agreed with Rohm and Haas’ (R&H) request for a expedited trial in the lawsuit against Dow Chemical seeking to force Dow to close the planned acquisition of R&H. The trial is scheduled for March 9 in Georgetown, Delaware. Dow had asked the court to delay the trial, but judge William Chandler ruled that R&H has adequately demonstrated the legal justification for obtaining an expedited trial.
