Quest Acquires Architectural Coatings Firm

Quest Specialty Chemicals (Seabrook, NH), which is owned by private equity firm Huron Capital Partners (Detroit), says it has acquired Hydro-Stop (Charleston, SC), a manufacturer of non-woven polyester fabric and coatings for the roofing market. Terms were not disclosed.
