World News and Views :: Top of the News Pulcra Chemicals Buys DyStar's Geretsried, Germany Complex6:51 AM MDT | April 21, 2010 | Alex Scott Pulcra Chemicals (Duesseldorf), a process chemicals group servicing the fiber, leather and textile industries, has acquired DyStar’s fiber, leather, and textile dyes production complex at Geretsried, Germany. Pulcra Chemicals bought the land, buildings, equipment and inventory. Financial terms were not disclosed. The deal was completed April 1, Pulcra says. The Geretsried complex was shuttered four months ago as a result of Dystar becoming insolvent. Pulcra plans to restart production at the complex next month. Pulcra says it will make Geretsried the...
