Praxair Awarded Contracts in China

Praxair says its Praxair Electronics business has won three new contracts from customers in the solar industry in China. Praxair will supply silane, ammonia and bulk atmospheric gases to ShanXi LuAn Solar Energy at Changzhi, China; silane to Changzhou Trina Solar Energy at Changzhou, China; and silane and ammonia to Realforce Solar at Jining, China, under the new contracts. ShanXi LuAn Solar Energy is a producer of crystalline silicon solar ingots, wafers and modules and is expected to increase its production capacity to 1 gigawatt within two years. Trina Solar...
