PolyOne Updates Third-Quarter Outlook

PolyOne says it expects third-quarter sales to “increase modestly compared to the same period last year, despite “a marked downturn in building and residential construction.” The company posted operating income of $36.4 million, on sales of $666.2 million, in the third quarter of 2006.
