Petrobras Delays Rio de Janeiro Petrochemical Project

Brazil’s state oil company Petrobras (Rio de Janeiro) says plans for the Complejo Petroquimica Rio de Janeiro (Comperj) petrochemical complex near Rio de Janeiro have been delayed, but did not provide details regarding a revised start-up date. Petrobras also will delay startup of two refineries in Northeast Brazil, the company says.
