Pemex Names BASF in NGLs Smuggling Suit

Pemex has filed a lawsuit against BASF claiming the company purchased stolen natural gas liquids (NGLs) from Mexican thieves, according to a lawsuit filed with the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas. “Pemex’s allegations are demonstrably false and without merit,” says David Stryker, senior v.p. and general counsel at BASF....
