At that time Olin said it would be supplying its customers with approximately 70% of contracted volumes after inclement weather and weak demand for co-product chlorine restricted caustic soda production. The company says that it expects previous unplanned production interruptions and upcoming planned outages for maintenance to continue to limit the company’s production capacity and will therefore operate under order control until further...
