Officials Say Recent Estimates Show Mexico is Latin America's Number Two in Shale

Mexico’s Energy Ministry recently announced it has identified up to 650 trillion cubic feet in potential shale gas reserves, which means Mexico could supply raw materials for substantial chemical industry investments in addition to the world-class Ethylene XXI project slated for start up in 2015.
