Obama Withdraws Changes to Ozone Air-Quality Rule

President Obama has asked the U.S. EPA to withdraw its final rule for revising the National Ambient Air Quality Standard (NAAQS) for ozone, a surprise move that represents a victory for industry groups and Republican lawmakers which had mounted an intense campaign against  release of the revised standard.
