Nufarm and Sumitomo Subsidiaries Form Alliance in Mexico

Agchem firm Nufarm (Melbourne) says its Nufarm Americas (Burr Ridge, IL) subsidiary will form a strategic alliance in Mexico with Sumitomo Chemical’s wholly owned subsidiary Valent de Mexico (VdM; Zapopan, Mexico) to distribute crop protection products. Nufarm will provide selected products from its line of herbicides, insecticides and fungicides to VdM, and VdM will offer the products through its established distribution channel, Nufarm says.
