New Global Index Rates BASF as Innovation Leader

A system for measuring the technology strength of companies has identified BASF as the clear leader for innovation across the global chemical industry. The measurement system, named the Patent Asset Index (PAI), has been developed by Holger Ernst, professor of technology and innovation management at the WHU–Otto Beisheim School of Management (Vallendar, Germany).
